HNN respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, Channel Owners, advertisers, vendors, and visitors to the HNN Marketplace Platform — including the Zanzi site — to do the same. We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and respond to properly submitted notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This Policy applies to all content accessible on or through the HNN Marketplace Platform.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you believe that any content accessible on or from the Platform infringes your copyright, you may request removal by submitting a written notification (a "DMCA Notice") to HNN's designated copyright agent. In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512, your DMCA Notice must include substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list of such works)
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit HNN to locate it (such as the URL or specific page)
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit HNN to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

HNN may also register its DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2). The Copyright Office maintains a public directory of designated agents at copyright.gov/dmca-directory/.
Warning About False Claims
We caution you that under federal law, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that online material is infringing, you may be subject to heavy civil penalties. These penalties include monetary damages, court costs, and attorneys' fees incurred by HNN, by any copyright owner, or by any copyright owner's licensee that is injured as a result of our relying upon your misrepresentation. You may also be subject to criminal prosecution for perjury.
This information should not be construed as legal advice. For further details on the information required for valid DMCA notifications, see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). If you are uncertain whether material on the Platform infringes your copyright, you should consult an attorney before submitting a DMCA Notice.
Counter-Notification
If material that you posted to the Platform was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA Notice, and you believe in good faith that it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to HNN's designated copyright agent. Per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which HNN may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, HNN may replace the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, unless the original complainant first notifies HNN that it has filed an action seeking a court order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
HNN has adopted and implements a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at HNN's sole discretion, the accounts, Channel Owner relationships, and Platform access of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
Relationship to Channel Owner Content
Channel Owner Content uploaded to the Platform is the responsibility of the respective Channel Owner, who represents and warrants that they own or have obtained all necessary rights. If a DMCA Notice concerns Channel Owner Content, HNN may forward the Notice to the relevant Channel Owner. Submission of a DMCA Notice regarding Channel Owner Content does not create any direct claim or remedy against HNN. HNN operates as an interactive computer service within the meaning of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230, and compliance with this Policy is part of HNN's good-faith effort to qualify for the safe harbor protections provided by 17 U.S.C. § 512.
